Merrimack Repertory Theatre (MRT), in partnership with UMass Lowell (UML) and Middlesex Community College (MCC), is excited to bring Mo Willems’ beloved characters Elephant and Piggie to the stage in Elephant & Piggie’s "We Are in a Play!" This high-energy, fun-filled musical promises an unforgettable experience for children, families, and the young at heart! Come sing and dance with these inseparable pals and their friends!

One of MRT audiences’ all-time favorites, Lady Day at Emerson's Bar and Grill brings the legendary life and artistry of Billie Holiday to the stage.

The time is 1959. The place is a dimly lit bar in South Philadelphia. The audience is about to witness one of Billie Holiday’s final performances, just four months before her passing.

Lady Day at Emerson’s Bar and Grill takes you inside the heart of this unforgettable evening. With iconic songs like Strange Fruit and God Bless the Child, this intimate cabaret experience brings the soul and struggle of one of jazz’s greatest legends to life.
